About PWR Performance Founder
Frankie Desiderio is a performance coach, mobility specialist, and former collegiate pitcher with a deep-rooted focus on athletic development and long-term durability. Drawing from his academic foundation in Exercise Science and experience coaching athletes across NCAA, professional, and youth levels, he delivers high-impact programming that blends strength, mobility, and nutrition into a unified system.
As the founder of PWR Performance, Frankie provides remote coaching solutions tailored to the individual demands of each athlete — whether in-season, off-season, or returning from injury. His approach integrates evidence-based methods with joint-specific mobility and performance planning to help athletes move efficiently, train intelligently, and perform at their peak.
